All orders will be sent from Germany. International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. We ship 100% carbon neutral. Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped via UPS Express.

We offer free shipping to Germany on orders above €70 as well as to mainland EU countries on orders above 150€. Please note that returns are excluded from this offer. Free shipping orders to EU countries are shipped via UPS Standard, when applicable.

Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers. On rare occasions your package can arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

*delivered within one business day, if you order before 2 PM. Does not include deliveries on weekends and holidays. This means for instance an order received before 2 PM on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. An order received on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

However, if you have your package delivered to a nearby UPS Access Point, deliveries on Saturdays are possible in some cases, depending on your region. Please write us an email before placing the order so we can double-check & confirm your delivery date if you are considering a delivery on a Saturday. 

  • For orders outside of Germany, import taxes, customs fees and charges can be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are charged to the recipient. Additional charges for custom clearance are fulfilled by the recipient. For more information please contact your local customs office.
  • Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
  • We won't leave parcels unattended. If you are not available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.
  • We can't re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order. 


What if my order contains pre-order items as well as items that are already available?

To keep shipping as sustainable as possible, we usually don't split orders. This means the items will be shipped together in one package, once the pre-order items become available.


While we hope that you will love your new WOODSTRK piece(s), if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily accept your unworn/unwashed items within 28 days of the delivery date.

You have the right to open the package to check your order. Due to health regulations, all products must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and not damaged. It’s important that the products have all tags and liners attached and are returned in their original packaging.

Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove the sanitary slip. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned item has been soiled. If an item is deemed soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit.

The original shipping costs will be refunded. If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method, you will be refunded the difference to the standard shipping method in case of a return.

Returns that exceed the 28 days will not be accepted. Please note, that the shipping costs in case of a return are not covered by us.

Also note that we do not accept returns on discounted items or items purchased on sale. However, this does not apply to temporary discount offers and pre-order articles.

Do I need to pay for my return?

Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please go easy on the tape. Our boxes are quite sturdy and don't like to be wrapped in metres worth of tape.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

Please use a traceable or insured method such as a recorded delivery, as we can't refund items that have been lost on their way back to us. Hence, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatched from us.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund will be made within 14 days after the product has returned to us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Note that we cover the costs of sending the exchanged item to you, while you cover the initial return shipping.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
